Ingredients

  • 4-8 Bone-In Chicken Parts (thighs and breasts work best)

Spices

  • Salt & Pepper
  • Pick Any Spices You Want. I Suggest Thyme, Garlic, Oregano, and Adobo
  • Preheat oven to 425 F
  • Wash the chicken pieces and pat dry.
  • Season with desired herbs and spices, making sure to get the underside as well as the top/
  • Spray a baking dish with non-stick cooking spray, and place chicken pieces in the pan
  • Place pan in oven and cook for about 1 hour. Make sure to check the chicken after about 30 minutes.
  • The chicken is done when juices run clear when poked with a fork.
